Mixing System
JS1000twin-shaft compulsory concrete cement mixer discharges one cube materials every time also known as the one-cube concrete mixer. It can mix dry hard concrete plastic concrete flowing concrete and various mortar.

Batching System
PLD1600 concrete batching machine is used as part of HZS60 concrete batching plant , which is composed of feeding system, weighing system, electrical control system . The material is fed to mixer through the belt conveyor. The electric weighing system has levers and sensors which can make accurate weighing.

Cement Silo
There are three types of cement silos: bolted type cement silos, whole vertical type cement silos and horizontal type cement silos. The upper and lower parts of the silo body have level gauge and dust filter. At the cone part have arch breaker to prevent the powder from harden. It is used to open & close each aggregate hopper, discharge door of mixer, discharge door of cement weighing scale, break arch of the cement silo, and blow and mix the additives to ensure the accurate measurement of that various aggregates, cement and additives, so as to complete the loading task of finished products. |
